Product Application:

The FG-1500 optical bench is a versatile optical measuring instrument characterized by superior image quality, a wide range of accessories, and ease of use. It is primarily used for image quality analysis and the determination of fundamental optical parameters of various optical components, assemblies, and systems. Equipped with diverse attachments, the instrument supports the following measurements:

  1. Using an autocollimating front lens, the parallelism deviation of plane glass plates and the optical parallelism and double image deviation of prisms can be measured.
  2. The Barlow method can be used to determine the focal length of objective lenses, as well as directly measure the back focal length. Using an adjustable front lens, the minimum focal distance of prisms, plane mirrors, and their combined systems can be determined.
  3. With the aid of additional instruments, parameters such as diopter, parallax, magnification, exit pupil diameter, and exit pupil distance of telescope systems can be measured.
  4. The resolution of objective lenses, prisms, and their combined systems can be determined using the resolution plate method.
  5. The star point method can be applied to evaluate the imaging quality of lenses, prisms, and their combined systems.

The main components of the instrument include a collimator, a base equipped with guide rails, and various auxiliary devices for different purposes, such as lens holders, reading microscopes, or various support stands. These auxiliary devices can all be mounted on the guide rails. The guide rails are equipped with a graduated scale, with a division value of 1 mm. Given its versatility, the optical bench is highly suitable for optical instrument production, scientific research, and educational applications in related fields.
