The Electro-optical Pod Optical Performance Comprehensive Testing System is primarily intended for full-assembly parameter testing of electro-optical pods. It is a high-precision, automated integrated testing platform specifically designed for electro-optical pods. The system integrates visible light, infrared, and laser multispectral testing capabilities, supporting multi-optical-axis parallel calibration, performance verification, and parameter calibration of the pod’s three core components (visible light, infrared thermal imaging, laser ranging emission). It complies with GJB/JB standards and is suitable for R&D verification, production assembly and adjustment, factory quality inspection, and equipment maintenance as a large-scale comprehensive testing system.

Detailed Description

Product Functions  
· Enables calibration and adjustment of the parallelism among the visible-light optical axis, infrared optical axis, and laser ranging optical axis of the electro-optical pod;
· Enables measurement of the parallelism deviation among the visible-light optical axis, infrared optical axis, and laser ranging optical axis of the electro-optical pod;
· Enables measurement of the laser intensity distribution, beam profile, and divergence angle of the laser ranging module;
· Enables testing of infrared camera parameters including MRTD, NETD, field of view angle, and distortion;
· Testing of parameters such as visible light camera field of view angle, distortion, MRC, and resolution;
